100% cardamom seed oil ( elettaria cardamomum ) — ethically harvested cardamom. naturally occurring allergens: citral, geraniol, limonene and linalool.

Vaporizer/diffuser: Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporizer or burner. Belégzés: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water; inhale vapours for 5 to 10 minutes (inhalation only for children over 10 years of age).
