Alkalmazás és adagolás

Shake container before use. Mix 1–3 scoops (5 g – 15 g) with 150–250 ml of cold water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Never take more than 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. New to pre-workouts? Start with one scoop to assess tolerance.
