About Holland & Barrett – Raspberry Ketone Complex – 90 caps
Holland & Barrett Raspberry Ketone Complex brings together a carefully selected combination of ingredients in a convenient capsule format. Each daily serving of 6 capsules delivers 3000 mg of Glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac ), alongside a concentrated Raspberry Fruit Extract and two essential B vitamins — Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12.
Glucomannan is a dietary fibre that, when taken as directed with adequate water before meals and as part of an energy-restricted diet, contributes to weight loss — an authorised health claim assessed by EFSA. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Glükomannán ( Amorphophallus konjac , tubers), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Raspberry Fruit Extract ( Rubus idaeus ), Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin).

Alkalmazás és adagolás
Take 2 capsules with 250 ml of water 30 minutes before your meal, three times per day. Do not exceed stated dose. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of Glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1–2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
