Natur Tanya Praid Salt — also known as Székely Salt — is a 100% natural rock salt sourced from the renowned Praid salt mine in the Transylvania region of Romania. Formed over millions of years, this mineral-rich salt contains naturally occurring calcium and magnesium alongside a high concentration of sodium chloride, offering a pure and unrefined alternative to standard table salt.
With a fine-to-medium particle size, Praid Salt is exceptionally versatile. It can be used as an everyday seasoning and cooking salt, bringing a clean, full-bodied flavour to any dish. Alkalmazás és adagolás
Cooking / Seasoning: Use as table salt.
Bath preparation: Dissolve 3 kg in a maximum of 38 litres of water at 36–38 °C; bathe for a maximum of 30 minutes. Repeat for 18–20 days.
Compress: Dissolve 1 kg in approximately 2 litres of water; apply to the affected area covered with a dry towel.
Drinking preparation: Dissolve 1 kg in 3–3.5 litres of water to obtain a 26% solution; add 1 teaspoon of this solution to 2 dl of clean water and drink every morning on an empty stomach.

Tárolás
Store in a dry, cool place. Maintains quality indefinitely when stored in unopened packaging under appropriate conditions.
