NOW Foods Magnesium & Calcium with Zinc and Vitamin D3 is a carefully formulated multi-mineral tablet combining four essential nutrients in a single, convenient serving. Each daily dose (3 tablets) delivers 800 mg of elemental magnesium, 400 mg of elemental calcium, 15 mg of zinc and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D3.
This formula draws on premium trademarked ingredient forms: Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals provide both calcium and magnesium from a natural marine source, while L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine delivers zinc in a well-regarded chelated form.
