Applied Nutrition’s Endurance Hydration Electrolyte Effervescent Tablets are berry-flavoured effervescent tablets containing electrolytes and Vitamin C, designed for use during and after physical activity. Each berry-flavoured tablet dissolves quickly in water, providing 400mg of electrolytes — including potassium, magnesium and calcium.
Each tablet also contributes 40mg of Vitamin C (50% NRV), which contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Acid (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Bulking Agent (Sorbitol), Potassium Citrate, Anti-caking Agent (Polyethylene Glycol), Magnesium Citrate, Tricalcium Citrate, Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Sweetener (Sucralose), Colours (Beetroot Red, Riboflavin), Natural Flavourings, Acacia Gum.
Alkalmazás és adagolás
Add one tablet (4g) to 200ml of cold water and let it dissolve. Consume during or after physical activity. Maximum 4 tablets per day. Once prepared, consume within 24 hours.
