Alkalmazás és adagolás

Consume 1/2 dose if you are a beginner and 1 full dose (30 g) if you are an experienced pre-workout user, approximately 30 minutes before training. Mix one dose with approximately 250–300 ml of cold water and shake well before consuming. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
