Each softgel provides 1 g of EcOmega Fish Oil Concentrate 30/20, supplying 550 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids — including 300 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 200 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) as ethyl esters — making it a straightforward way to support your daily omega-3 intake.
