Cancel Order & Right of Withdrawal

Here you can let us know that you wish to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal for a purchase made in our online store, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

How it works

Fill in the form below with your name, email address, order number, and the order or products you wish to cancel.
After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address you provide.
Our support team will then contact you with the return address and further instructions. Please return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

You can also withdraw by emailing us at support@vikingsupplements.eu with a clear statement of your decision — the form is simply the fastest way.

Important information

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed food supplements cannot be returned once the seal or protective packaging has been opened. This form is for change-of-mind cancellations. If your goods arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, you don’t need to use the withdrawal right — contact us directly and we will put it right at no cost to you.

Cancel your purchase

Your withdrawal request is handled by Eco Supplements EOOD, trading as Viking Supplements, Antim I Street, No. 14, fl. 2, law office, 1303 Sofia, Bulgaria.
